We made the mistake of using them over and over and over – just because “they sucked the least” from what we could find for outsourced India work but in the end – we regretted it not spending more time screening more opportunities. Seems the Owner Nitin is never around after he pitches you this wonderful Job, all the Project Management that will take place, all the testing time they need to bill for and more.EXAMPLES of when your project is delivered = here is what you can expect: -on an eCommerce Site we ordered they had their “Best Word Press Ninja” guy working for us –Day of Delivery of Live Job we were sent a live URL to show our client and 4” under the header was a Buy Now Button – which I clicked On and got a ‘404 ERROR’!. -on multiple website orders (even after screaming on the phone with them and the owner) we would get websites with broken form-fills, un-tested auto response emails jammed with Gibberish instead of English and even prior clients “thank you emails” for different clients websites. -on larger job opportunities we tried to use them to bid on Complex coding – they copied open-source code from others and our RFQ opportunity was killed when an internal coder at the place of oration caught it ruining my brands reputation and even a part time (in-house) consulting job on the premises of one of the most beautiful cities in the county. The response I got was I blasted them “We were rushed and the 3 days you gave us was not amply time to get examples of said code”.-very simple directions would get lost in a single email with 5 tasks (you will ask for 5 tasks done, 4 would get done, 3 incorrectly and then an immediate request for Payment! afterwards). Multiple emails asking the same thing you wrote over and over and over again because even in 12 or ever 24 Font – they don’t read, they can’t remember, they don’t take notes and more! It’s the worst experience I have had In almost 10 yrs of being in this business and i have used over 20 outsourced vendors for a variety of items like Design, Dev, SEO, PPC, SMM and more.. You might read on rebuttals that I like to swear – you bet your A…I do – and You Would Too = after spending hours on the phone with them and 100’s of emails to say the same message = that would DIE On the Plate as soon as you hung up the phone. I will surely say that this is and will be the reason for The Death of Outsourcing for experiences just like this.These experiences are only manageable if you have Project Manager that can do practically more work to manage these “KIDS” or inexperienced people then it actually takes to get the work done if you had the experience and tools. So disappointed you wonder how a company or “People” (for that matter) could even claim they even Knew Design work or the Principals behind it. Get ready to spend 20x more time than you Anticipated = babysitting this work, doing edits, trying to get them to understand basic principles of Grammar like (We Don’t end Sentences with a Comma, We capitalize the first letter in each sentence, we never end a paragraph with a single word on the bottom line ((god this must have happened to us 30 times)). Here is Another EXAMPLE: Three (3) people and even the “Owner” of this company = could NOT figure this request out = after 4 emails back and forth = I simply gave up!. Here is the request below as exactly as I sent it: -“Put the word Performance in front of Analysis and remove the forward slash” Campaign Analysis / Performance 3 (Three) People read this including the Owner and they Could Not Understand the request! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY and the IDIOTS behind it! RUN………
